Qrissy is a one-man band of bands. It is a microcosm, if you will, of musicious fictitians from all walks of life but with only one mind in common.

That mind is the mind of Qrissy's founder, Miz Krissy Downing (who is currently writing in the third-person). In other words, Qrissy is a legitimate Record Label which represents a very exclusive pool of fictitious but nonetheless talented musicians.

Although the personae of the musical artists showcased by Qrissy are for the most part, parodical fabrications, their eloquent expression and passion for music is quite real. Each artist offers a diverse background and knowledge of his respective genre, and is devoted to bringing a true sense of his musical passion to you, the one with the ears.
In October of 2002, Miz Downing conceptualized "Raymund & Maynurd," two west-coast, Hip-Hop thugs who would be the springboard group to represent the Qrissy label. "Raymund & Maynurd's" debut album, Defeat o' the Fetus, will be released in March of 2003, & songs for their second album are already in the works.

The Trance/Techno group, "Tweezerspring," was much easier to conceptualize as their musical style is similar to works done by Miz Downing (under her given name). In fact, "Tweezerspring's" first album will likely include a sampling of those original works.

The Pop Princess, "Corneylia," and Metal band, "bludbubl," were recently sprinkled into the mix to add contrast to Qrissy's already pungent flavor. "bludbubl's" work will be quite a learning experience for young Miz Downing, as she'll probably need to force herself to learn guitar.
And now, as I write in the first-person, I would like to add that I truly hope you enjoy these fruits of my whactacular hobby. Quite honestly, I hope you enjoy them so much that I am soon able to quit my day job and devote my entire livelihood to being several zainy, but much-loved musicians. I figure at least, before I am engulfed by the excessive gravity of elderhood, I may as well be as many young, bubbly people as I can.
